I started in music.
Producing taught me everything business school doesn’t: How to sell creative work. How to deal with people. How to get paid when no one wants to pay you.
By 2018, I was making five figures as a producer. Nothing glamorous, but it paid rent. The real value I got was that it taught me that money online is real if you’re willing to get resourceful.
That was my first taste of creating something out of nothing.
When the world shut down, I doubled down.
I built a few dropshipping stores and made some decent cash here—but what I really learned was how to sell: How to test offers. How to use paid traffic. How to create urgency, increase AOV, and make something people actually want to buy.
Dropshipping was chaos, but it was the best crash course in marketing I could’ve asked for.
After seeing how many brands wasted money on ads that didn’t convert, I started my own agency.
No investors. No fancy network. Just work.
It took me three years to hit my first $100K/month. Then it took two months to do it again with a new agency.
Over time, we turned that into Carbon Box Media—a full-stack growth partner helping DTC brands grow through Meta, Google, email, SEO, and creative strategy.
We’ve worked with over 100 clients, scaled multiple brands into seven and eight figures, and built a system around one simple idea:
Profitable acquisition → Predictable retention.
When we hit $250K/month, I realized something—I’d become the bottleneck.
So we hired a CEO. Then it was time to start buying and building. We acquired three agencies—one for email, one for SEO, and one for AI Development.
That was the moment I understood what scale really means: It’s not doing more, it’s replacing yourself with better people.
Now we’ve got a 35+ person team, a rock-solid leadership layer, and a model that runs whether I’m on a plane, in Spain, or off the grid completely.
These days, my time goes into two things:
I live between Spain, Dubai, and the U.S., invest in brands I believe in, and build systems that give founders more leverage—not more chaos.
Because business isn’t about freedom from work—it’s about freedom through work.
I believe the future belongs to operators who can build ecosystems, not just companies. That’s what I’m building: a portfolio of brands, people, and systems that compound over time.
I’m not here to sell shortcuts. I’m here to build for the long term.
If you’re still here, you’re awesome.
